Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.
We were all born with certain abilities, unique and different from another. This is noticed in one's early age of growing. A child trying to fix broken toy cars, One who cares about the other, a child obsessed with driving, etc. These signs may be trivial but it speaks about the child's potential, and when nurtured, a child becomes a master in such an area,and he designs his own world.
But then most of our artistic skills die before adulthood. African parents especially allow their past to interfere with a child's artistic abilities. Statements like "You can't do it, stop trying it, it wouldn't work, leave that" gradually build doubt in a child's ability and he begins to lose trust in his ability to create. A child's childhood programming has a role to play with his adulthood. What he learn at a younger age, has a high tendency to remain strong in their heart
We are artists, we were created to be one. Each with their niche, but not everyone becomes one. At one point some lose their artistic zeal, some settle for less, some never get to find it, and some just live, u interested in making a chance. The greater effect that determines a child's future interest is his early childhood programming. We are builders, painters and creators, each with their tool brush to paint a part of the world where misconception has taken hold of them, or a place that has not been painted, but the problem is how to remain a painter while growing up. If the foundation stands, then the future is assured.
