Hello creative friends of #hivediy, I am happy to greet you, today I want to show you an idea that occurred to me when I saw that I had some leftover pieces of fabric, as you know I have been making some things for my baby and from all these things with the leftover fabric I came up with the idea of making these cute little bags.
It should be noted that on this occasion I will use my small sewing machine, a new acquisition that I achieved thanks to hive, later I will show you what functions it brings and how to use it, because if I'm honest it brings some little tricks that I have learned as the days go by.
Without further ado, here are the steps to follow. This time we will use the following materials:

STEP BY STEP
1 . The first thing you did was take my piece of fabric, which as you can see is a fairly long rectangle, and I folded it in half, then cut it with scissors so that I had two equal parts left.
2 . Next we are going to join both parts by placing the right side of the fabric towards the inside, in this way we are going to sew along the edge, this seam will only go along one of the sides lengthwise, after making this seam when placing the fabrics separately we will realize that the seam should not be seen right side up.
3 . Now we are going to fold, placing the right side of the fabric towards the inside, the seam we just made will be horizontal, we were going to sew along the bottom and the side, as I show you in the image below
4 . After having made these seams we are going to turn our bag inside out, this will be the result so far. I hope it turns out like this or better.
5 . This step consists of making a double seam of approximately one centimeter to be able to insert the cord that will close the bag inside it.
6 . The only thing left to do is insert the cord. For this step you have several options. You can make the cord with the same fabric if you have extra leftover, or you can do like me and take a little lycra fabric and I made a cord, you could also use ribbon..
Don't you think it's a great way to use up those leftover pieces of fabric? I loved this idea and that's why I made several, obviously I couldn't miss the opportunity to share it with you so that you have another idea of how we can use those little pieces of fabric that sometimes we don't know what to do with.
