Hello friends of #motherhood, today I return very happy to greet you on this day, I hope you are having a great time, as I have already told you, I am currently in Colombia with my partner and here I am I have monitored throughout my pregnancy at metrosalud.
The point is that as the pregnancy progresses, they take some courses to clarify certain doubts and help you throughout this process. The last course in which I had opportunity to participate, they told us about the suitcases we should have prepared when giving birth.
They clarified to us that there are mainly two, the baby's and the mother's, each one has little things that are essential for this moment, they clarified to us that What they are looking for is that we do not carry unnecessary things but that we only carry what we will need throughout this process.
Today I decided to share this with you and the truth is that I had many doubts regarding what exactly they were asking for here in Colombia, they certainly clarified many doubts for us. So Next I am going to talk to you about the things they asked us for both for the baby suitcase and for the mother's suitcase.
For mom's suitcase they ask for the following, mainly the folder with the identity documents, exams and ultrasounds; two pajamas, two diapers or clinical towels, two full panties, flip flops and personal hygiene things
For the baby's suitcase we need stage zero diapers (about eight diapers), warm clothes (2 -3 changes of clothes), a blanket, wet wipes, cups, diaper rash cream and a baby brush Comb it if you like
As you can see, we reduced everything we had in mind to essential things that must be carried in the suitcase. In my case, my idea is to prepare things separately, that is, prepare a bag with the things they asked me for and separate some pajamas, panties and clinical towels, which is the first thing they ask for for the mother, and likewise way to prepare a kit for the baby with his blanket, two diapers and the first clothes that will be put on him.
I think we will have better organization, since I can honestly imagine my partner's nerves. So I prefer to leave everything in order for him so he doesn't get more stressed than he should.
