My recent busyness has made me feel as though it has been a very long time since my last post.
I can't wait to tell you about my day. It's my first time traveling alone, and I never imagined how much I would like and cherish being by myself.
I was desperate for some company so I could have a dip into a hot spring with some buddies. I suggested that we go, but none of them wanted to go because they were all so busy.So I made the decision to venture out on my own.
Though they declined my invitation, I'm a little sad because I'm always available to help them whenever they need it and I think it's unfair that they did so. It's not just about me, though, and I am aware of their commitments to their own life. I simply overreacted, but I still love them. 😆
I decided to stop by this location because there are vendors selling cheesesticks, tempura, and balot here at night (streetfoods). Before ascending to Palinpinon, you will pass by this location.
Now that we're getting close our destination,Sulfur Smokey Mountain is well-known pit stop in Palinpinon because of the Instagrammable photographs you might get. If you happen to pass by, don't forget to strike a pose.
Tables and chairs are available for 100–200 PHP at the gate, and if you'd prefer a cottage, they cost between 300–400 PHP. No corkage will be charged if you rent a table or cottage and bring your own food and beverages. Depending on availability, they might let you use a cottage or a table for free if you're by yourself.
Every time I came here, I always had a Sakada coffee with a moderately strong flavor to get me going. I came to the realization that everyone occasionally needs some alone time, that I was able to appreciate myself better, and that I would love to do it again. The relaxation is drastically different from when there is company.
I'm wandering around and having fun here. If nobody is around to take your picture, get a stone, put it behind your phone, and set the timer. It's easy peasy, and there's no need to be shy about it; it's normal to have your picture taken when no one else is around. Be self-assured enough to do what you want without worrying about offending anyone. Hugot yarn Char. Hahah
This is their second pool area, and it's a little bit smaller than their main pool area. You can see the view of the mountains from here. Since the main pool is more frequently used, some customers who needed some alone time chose this pool.
You'll frequently see these white flowers around here; I'm not sure what they're called, but I enjoy them because they give the walls a veining aspect that makes them look like curtains.
There is a sweet Banga picture in the comfort room. It brings back memories of my childhood, when there was no water dispenser and we had to store our drinking water in containers, which with time became colder.
Of course, we shouldn't be ungrateful; we should also have to make room for other patrons who want to use the sprout area as well.
For those visiting this hotspring for the first time, it's a must-try since the sensation of the water flowing down to the back area actually relieves back discomfort. Since I frequently experience headaches, what I do is sit down and allow water to flow to my head, which has a calming effect. You can take use of the four sprouts here and enjoy your stay.

I enjoy shooting pictures and sharing what I see with others so that, if they have the time, they can get a sense of the breathtaking locations close to Dumaguete City.
You might enjoy relaxing in settings like these because they're different and apart from the noise and traffic.
If you'd like some company, I'm only a phone call away, and I'd be happy to go with you if you ever need a traveling companion.
Mayla from Dumaguete is here once more to say goodbye, and I hope you like reading my blogs. I plan to write more about my trips since I've been away for a while. Chit chat with you next time 😉😉
