The story has been told many times, but when I can make a particularly good example of the low quality public discourse on censored platforms, I do try to make the case.

Its more cost effective to own a expensive rifle scope, than to invest in the 2nd device binoculars, so its not abnormal in anyway in my experience to use a rifle for its topics, its easy to point and look... It does the job effectively and doesnt require the ammo or active shooting components to perform that function.
When there is someone who has entered your property, which includes any and all dwellings to my understanding of the castle doctrine, you may use lethal force to deter that person from causing any further harm.

If you don't declare your entry to private property, that is forced entry in my opinion although some people may disagree. I personally do not see any reason to enter private property without being ignorant to the owners rights if you have not declared your entry, or are known by the owner and have been directly from the owner been given permission to be on the property. There is no exceptions aside from humanitarian assistance potential in my books, and anyone who needed help desperately would be crying out for it, not sneaking up behind your partner on a horse.....
I made sure to appeal this case as its pointless to even allow discussion about castle doctrine on your platform if you cant talk directly and critically about the idioms of self defense and property ownership, at the most fundamental level.
