I love this Ed. Mindfulness in action. Living each moment to its fullest is something we should all aspire to doing. Like you, I have so many moments that I never captured on film... but I hold them close as vivid images in my mind and special memories in my heart. Even to this day, I will often just put away the phone and not take pictures because I don't want to lose the joy of the actual experience, and often taking out the camera, takes more away than it adds. It's a weird balance to reach.
