Obesity is a big issue and if not controlled can also lead to serious health issues, but then how does one counter obesity is also important. One of my friend a couple of years back was almost 125 kgs and then she had some health issues, where doctor strictly asked her to lose some weight. She went on some crazy diets and lost weight and got herself down to 90 kgs in a span of 1 year, which is quite a lot. On and off she kept going on liquid diets for months, and with that her weight started coming down very fast. But then I kept telling her this was not the right way. She did not do much of exercise. Now that she has lost so much of weight and she should look good, but she is not, because her skin has become very lose and she looks haggard.
Losing weight is very important but there has to be a good way to do it and with some help and advice of experts. The body has to keep toning on the loss of fat, he skin should not become loose, because then it's not the right way of weight loss.
One of my other friend who works as an airhostess, she has to always keep her weight in check and because of that she keeps going on extreme fasting period and starving herself of food and nutrition. On and off then she falls sick because her immune system has become so poor because of lack of right kind and way of nutrition.
Doing exercise, right kind of nutrition is very important while focusing on weight loss, all these extreme programs are not healthy for the body and on the longer run can create serious health issues. Also what I see is when you lose weight fast with these extreme measures then when you stop following it the weight comes back equally faster against when you lose gradually and tone yourself well up with the right methods. Quite a lot of people are struggling with weight issues these days and hence to tackle it there is a big business industry developed around it. Whether it is gyms or dieticians and other practices. All have different approaches. What I suggest is that do not go in for any crash weight loss plans because they are not healthy nor sustainable in long run.
