Well, if you keep waking up this early for a while, your bio rhythm will adjust to it, you'll never be able to sleep out 🤔 I need to start between 5 and 6 am on my 4 day work week, the result of that is I don't need an alarm clock but I just wake up around 6 am 🤨

I’m unable to wake up early because I sleep late 😢 feel like I need to sleep longer this weekend 😜
