Wednesday was an ok day got out of bed quite late and really need to fix my sleeping routine as I'm pretty much losing half a day of productivity and activity almost right now. I straingt went to play my weekly hour of tennis which was plenty of fun stopping by the supermarket afterward to get some food including the ingredients to make fresh pizza. I'm still in a mode of 'one more day' but I will need to make a switch sooner than later. After some productivity I followed the evening football matches and ended with playing some more Read Dead Redemption 2.
New Day Goals: I really want to switch my mindset toward a more healthy and active lifestyle and I see thursday as day zero with the intention to start a new hot yoga year on Friday.
