With all the talk with VeChain (VET) focused on CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) which starts in January 2026 there are so many other real life utilities already in use. The DNV group or Veritas as they are commonly known by are more of a data collection center dealing with information so the industries maintain their standards. I can somehow see this type of information becoming mandatory especially in the EU because they seem to like these types of regulations.
The carbo emissions is already part of this My Story verification process and why I do think this will be one area of growth over the next 18 months for VeChain. The real life use cases through utility is what is going to add true value on any blockchain and VeChain seem to be covering many areas already. The value will come only when the number of transactions increase and I have no doubt this will happen within the next 24 months.
