When the price is down all we can do s look for the positives and having HIVE Power (staked HIVE) earning 3.25% is most definitely a win. For those that do not pay much attention to the APR it is normally closer to 3% and lucky for us has been way above 3% for some time now.
The HIVE Apr is added to your stake continuously and why your stake is always growing steadily even if you are not active. This is the growth that happens behind the scenes along with all the other rewards you are earning compounding and steadily rising.
For the first few years after starting out on HIVE I never paid much attention to this mostly down to not having enough stake and not really noticing the difference this made. These days just checking what a 3.25% is really worth to my account it is 12.13 HIVE being added daily. Again this sounds like nothing, but that is 4430 HIVE annually. The APR fluctuates so it will drop at some point so whatever the number being earned this is all good news.
The simple matter is stake generates more stake and why having stake is so important not only supporting those in the community, but for your overall account growth. The total yearly amount I am earning via the APR is more than I earned in my first year on HIVE and why I appreciate this growth. HIVE is not easy to become established and literally takes years to finally get into a position of feeling comfortable.
The combined growth of all your incoming rewards has a knock on effect pushing up your earning ability whilst supporting everyone else. Your growth is helping others grow through your curation and why you being successful has a positive effect on others. Growth does not happen on HIVE without the support of others and why being part of the community through staying active is important.
My HIVE vote is always achieving new ATH's in value breaking new ground every few weeks and I am looking to see the 6.8 HIVE value being unlocked later this month. This would put me into levels I have never even thought possible guaranteeing earnings of nearly 50 HIVE daily from the combined curation and APR numbers.
Staying consistent is all this takes to achieve along with a big chunk of time and everyone who is active on HIVE can do this. If you are like me you may shock yourself on what is possible and why staking is important in order to unlock more stake. HIVE is unique in what it offers and cannot be compared to any other crypto investment because you are the one driving your account.
