When we are too weak, when we do not have enough strength to pray, it is the Holy Spirit that gives us strength and intercedes before God for us with groans that we do not understand.

If there is a very painful and complex feeling to understand, it is loneliness, although there are times when we cannot avoid being alone, but even so God has planned since before the foundation of the world so that we would never be alone since his Holy Spirit has been sent not only to live with us but to live in us, this Holy Spirit is the one that the Lord Jesus Christ himself refers to as our helper And he would be with us all our lives.
26 But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and he will remind you of everything I have said to you.
John 14:26
Come on, let's remember all those ways in which the Holy Spirit helps us, especially in those moments when we don't want to, we don't have the slightest desire to pray, it is the Holy Spirit of God that motivates us in the first place now. . For example: in those moments when we felt a strong desire to spend time with the Lord, this is the Holy Spirit that is prompting us to pray, to have a time of intimacy with the Lord.
God knows us perfectly and completely, he knows when we need strength in the face of a certain difficulty and the Holy Spirit is the executing arm of God's will, at some point he reveals to us that sin that we cannot see, it removes the stones from our path that hinder us from having a fluid relationship with God.
The Holy Spirit, apart from guiding us and showing us things, is also the person of truth who intercedes for us with unspeakable groans. We know that there are times when we do not know what to say or how to pray, this is the case when the Sadness somehow overwhelms us until it makes it impossible for us to speak or pronounce certain words. Those moments are when we can simply cry out to the Lord and that is when the Holy Spirit is interceding our favor.
This is a great privilege, the blessing of having the same Holy Spirit of God who helps us, guides us, comforts us, gives us strength and intercedes for us when there are no words in our mouths but our hearts, the Holy Spirit works the will of God in us in a perfect way. Do you believe it?

Cuando estamos demasiados débiles, cuando no tenemos la suficiente fuerza para orar, es el espíritu Santo que nos da la fuerza e intercede delante de Dios por nosotros con gemidos que no llegamos a entender.
16 Estad siempre gozosos. 17 Orad sin cesar. 18 Dad gracias en todo, porque esta es la voluntad de Dios para con vosotros en Cristo Jesús. 19 No apaguéis al Espíritu.

Si hay un sentimiento muy doloroso y complejo de entender es la soledad, si bien hay momentos en los que no podemos evitar estar solos, pero aún así Dios ha planeado desde antes de la fundación del mundo para que nosotros nunca estuviésemos solos ya que su espíritu Santo ha sido enviado no sólo para vivir con nosotros sino para vivir en nosotros, este espíritu Santo es el que el mismo señor Jesucristo se refiere como nuestro ayudador Y estaría con nosotros toda la vida.
26 Mas el Consolador, el Espíritu Santo, a quien el Padre enviará en mi nombre, él os enseñará todas las cosas, y os recordará todo lo que yo os he dicho.

Vamos, traigamos a memoria todas aquellas maneras en que el espíritu Santo nos ayuda sobre todo en aquellos momentos en que no queremos no tenemos el mínimo deseo de orar, es el espíritu Santo de Dios que en primer lugar nos motiva ahora. Por ejemplo: en aquellos momentos en que sentíamos un fuerte deseo de pasar tiempo con el señor, este es el espíritu Santo que nos está impulsando a orar, a tener un tiempo de intimidad con el señor.
Dios nos conoce a la perfección y completamente, sabe cuál es el momento en que estamos necesitando las fuerzas ante determinada dificultad y es el espíritu Santo el brazo ejecutor de la voluntad de Dios, en algunos momento nos revela ese pecado que nosotros no podemos ver, nos quita las piedras del camino que nos obstaculiza tener una relación fluida con Dios.
El espíritu Santo aparte de guiarnos y mostrarnos las cosas, también es la persona de la didad que intercede por nosotros con gemidos indecibles, sabemos que hay momentos en que no sabemos qué decir ni cómo orar, es el caso cuando la tristeza de alguna manera nos abruma hasta que nos hace imposible hablar o pronunciar algunas palabras determinadas. Esos momentos son los que podemos simplemente clamar al señor y así es cuando el espíritu Santo está intercediendo nuestro favor.
Éste es un gran privilegio, la bendición de tener el mismo espíritu Santo de Dios que nos ayuda, nos guía, nos consuela, nos da fuerza e intercede por nosotros cuando no hayamos palabras en nuestra boca si nuestro corazón, el espíritu Santo obra de manera perfecta la voluntad de Dios en nosotros ¿Lo crees?.
