I gathered a fairly large stack of games out of the new batch, most with manuals, and a few without.
As well as the games, I got my lights, backdrop, blutack, and stands.
I decided to go all out, and just do enough games in one go that could buy me about 2 weeks' worth of uploads.
Most of these games were in good condition - as far as how clean they were goes - so I figured it wouldn't be too much of a process.
By this stage I had gotten through most of the pile.
The top left is a game I need to test, and may not be able to sell due to scratches. The pile on the left are games which need new boxes. The middle are games that are ready to go. The right are games yet to be checked.
These stickers are the biggest pain in the ass and most time consumer part of this whole process.
Some come off with relative ease, and only leave minor adhesive on the plastic. But, some are very stubborn, this being one of them.
This is what happened with just water.
Not the best lift, and also the cover underneath got a bit wet.
This is from a magic ointment, which I picked up. It helped, but not by much.
This is from a second magic ointment, which helped to remove it entirely.
I asked my mum if she had any isopropyl alcohol, and she gave me this record-cleaning solution.
It kind of worked, but not as well as I'd hoped. The suggestion to use isopropyl came from @alonicus during one of the last posts I did, on this subject.
This stuff worked for some stickers, which is weird, maybe it was some sort of chemical reaction?
I asked my sister if she had any nail polish remover, and luckily she did.
This is just cheap stuff, but it did the trick for a bunch of the stickers, like the other stuff, it didn't make any impact on some of the boxes.
I uploaded my final photos on Friday morning, so needed new stuff to upload.
Now I have about 16 days' worth of uploads, so it gives me a good bit of time to get some more batches cleaned, and photographed.
I've been uploading 2, or 3 listings a day, and sometimes more, since Monday, and currently have 19 listings up. Well, technically now, 18.
I made my first sale today, to someone in Germany, and I'm delighted about that!
I was actually thinking yesterday, if I'd gone too far buying stuff, and whether or not anyone would actually buy any of this stuff. Moments of doubt, and a big dose of second-guessing.
Today though, it went away, and sure enough, here we are.
I'm going to print off a label today, and have it ready to ship on Monday morning.

It's good to show the game with as much clarity as possible, to allow people to see exactly what they're buying.
If there are any damage, I always try to get close-up shots of it.
On eBay, I brighten the pictures a little bit after the upload, which is handy, considering some of these shots look a little bit dark.
