Glory to God for the first mass indoctrination of the week which he has privileged me to be a part of and learning under his anointed teachers I say thank you Jesus
Brother Daniel started with the introduction by telling us the important of knowing the doctrines of Christ and also the important of following this doctrine judiciously he also went ahead to tell us that the doctrine of Christ is the way God has desired for us to live our life and we must learn to do them accordingly by obedience to this ways of Christ we will be true disciples of our Lord Jesus but then we should be careful who preaches the doctrine we are to follow because this days there are lots of fake prophets who preach alot of things outside the law of Christ trying to deceive us and turn our faith away from following the real word of God these are called the antichrist which the bible warned us against to be aware of their evil scheme as seen in 1 John 4:1 we should not believe everyone that has claimed to have the spirit of God in them rather we should pray to the Holy spirit of God to be able to discern which spirits they are preaching with so we wouldn't fall victim of their evil plans brother Daniel also encourages us to be sure that every doctrine is rooted in the word of God anything not coming from the word of God should not be obeyed and not put into practice as seen in Philippians 1:27 Paul the Apostle encourages to have everything we do rooted in the gospel of Christ and all doctrine of Christ should be one in all Church of God because it is one Christ and one God we are to obey and worship
Brother Daniel concluded his introduction by encouraging us to keep hearing the word of God and also doing them
Then Brother Eli in his first teaching on the mass indoctrination service started by engaging us to the book of 1 Timothy 6:3 and he continues to tell us of the importance of been aware of people teaching the doctrines that is not of God he said all doctrines must come from God and must be found in the scripture and he introduced the first doctrine commanded by Christ to us which is the doctrine of THE BAPTISM OF CHRIST which is the first commandment Christ gave to his disciples in the new testament before his ascension to heaven in Matthew 28:19-20 Christ commanded us to go to the world and preach the gospel of salvation to everyman and that everyone that received and believed this gospel of life should be baptized afterwards in the name of God the father Son and the Holy Spirit because that is the formal act of being a member of the church
We must be members of the church for us to be fully a part of God's body as seen in Ephesians 3:6 that even as Gentiles when we come into the body of Christ which is the church we become a full partaker of his promises and also we cannot claim to love Christ and hate his church the two are one if we claim to love Christ then we must accept his body which is the church as well John 12:48 the purpose of the church as seen in the scripture is to know what the wisdom of God is Ephesians 3:11 After we are saved and accepted Jesus as our Lord and personal saviour we are also willing our heart to accepting his body the church
IN CONCLUSION
We understand that the foundation of the church is God that is why it is called the church of God in Mathew 16:18 he said to Peter that upon this rock he will build his church so the church wasn't a mistake after all it was clearly ordained by God and in the finishing verse of the chapter he said that the gate of hell cannot prevail over the Church so in other words it is right to say that the church is never coming to an end until Jesus comes Hallelujah!!!
It was a refreshing time in the presence of the Lord worshipping with the Church of God and I will definitely engage again in the next mass indoctrination service
