Running
Today was another beautiful morning for running. This morning you did need to be sowhat carefull as there was ice on the road an therefore at places very slippery. Nevertheless I had to get moving as this week was the first of two peak weeks for the februari marathon (in 4 weeks).
With today run, my weekly total came to 79.3km, without any issues. As I plan to zone 2 the first marathon (Februari) and race the second (April) I feel pretty well prepared. The coast marathon is 85% on unpaved route, including sandy beaches and I much more used to running on stable ground, therefore rather than focussing on adding miles my trainingsblock focussed much more on getting custom to different terrains.
After last friday I already felt some hot spots on my feet, after today they did turn into blisters - although there is never a great time for that, glad to have that 4 weeks out rather than 2 weeks before the run.
Different terrains also means different routes, which is just awesome. Discovering beautiful area’s close to home.
Today I ran 15 km of my route on uneven grassland (with watery mud) which was very fun as you feel your muscles work different compared to asphalt.

Next week I expect to focus on getting used to running on Kamoot directions, for the coastmarathon the organization will just mail the gpx coordinates so this is something I will need to train before the event 😅

**Cent delegation rewards! **
Today my weekly delegation rewards for delegating #cent power and #leo power to @centtoken came in. 28.05 #HBD 
This weekly reward is something I like very much on an already very cool project. What makes this so cool is twofolt:
The rewards are paid out in stable coin hbd. Which means that if there is a week where the prices of underlying assets are high, you receive more rewards - but also when the prices of the underlying assets are down you get less rewards. This is great if you want manage your portfolio risks a bit - because you now do not have to sell your underlying assets to profit from price swings.
The apy is min. 15%. Thus, you get at least the same APY as HBD savings, most of the times the APY on delegating Cent is well above 15%
