Good evening buzzers! What's new in the gaming sphere?

I've recently been sucked into the world of Kingdom Karnage again, as they released their new 'Royal Rampage' game. Free to play, play to earn, as a good crypto game should be! Most revenue generated will eventually appear as prizes from users listening to audio ads. It is a nice change from the zero-sum games that rely on users depositing funds to allow other users to win!

With so much time spent playing KK and Royal Rampage, some of the other Kepithor games have slipped off my radar, mainly Clicker and Heros, although i aim to play some more of them going forward also!

But, what Hive games am i missing?

I should really spend more time playing Splinterlands, they seem to be making some moves in the right direction recently. What other games are on Hive? Where should i spend some time looking?

I am not sure why they dont try to reach out to big gaming companies. I always thought a partnership with valve would work well.

Crypto games still seem to struggle to break into the mainstream. However, I've seen some games starting to make a push, listing on Steam or the Epic Play Store. It depends on how the crypto side plays its role in the game.

Splinterlands has the potential to push further into the mainstream than most. I agree that they should seek more collaborations to make this happen.

Yeah, that's part of the 'grey area' of crypto. Hopefully, over the coming years, we'll also see some more breakthroughs on that part.

It would be nice to have more 'mobile-friendly games. I used to play Splinterlands a lot more when the mobile app was available, but now it's a bit of a hassle to play.
