Mis requisitos como Cosplayer para ser Jurado en Actividades Cosplay durante la celebración de Eventos/Convenciones Manganime, Gamer, Geek y/o de Cultura Asiática son los siguientes:

Indicar por favor:

A) ¿Qué actividades específicas desean que ocupe? (¿Evaluación, asesoramiento, logística, atención a medios de comunicación, atención al público?), ser lo más específico posible por favor.

B) Horario – Indicar fecha y hora en la que debo estar presente (en Cosplay) en el recinto del evento/convención, horario de descanso (de 45 min a 60 min), y hora en que finaliza los compromisos con la Organización.

C) Actividades Extra: Indicar por favor si la Organización desea que realice alguna actividad previa al día de celebración del evento/convención (por ejemplo, generación de contenido para Redes Sociales, en cuyo caso indicar por favor el formato, cantidad, y todas las especificaciones).

Cronograma de actividades durante el Evento/Convención:

1. Entrevista previa: Indicar hora y espacio donde se realizará la evaluación previa a los participantes.

2. Evaluación durante el Concurso: Indicar hora de celebración de la Actividad Cosplay y en qué lugar debo estar disponible para recibir indicaciones del Staff / Equipo de Logística Cosplayer.

Para formalizar mi contratación y asegurar mi asistencia como Cosplayer Jurado estos son mis requisitos:

1. Anuncio oficial de asistencia como Jurado Cosplay en la Red Social principal del Evento/Convención (máximo a 30 días de la fecha de celebración del Evento/Convención), puede ser en formato publicación, historia, o reel.

2. Transporte: La Organización cubrirá los costos de traslado del domicilio del Cosplayer hasta el recinto donde se celebrara el Evento/Convención, y así mismo los costos de retorno del Cosplayer a su domicilio.

3. Comida e Hidratación: La Organización proporcionará 1 comida (almuerzo y bebidas) previo acuerdo con el Cosplayer en su hora de descanso, y la hidratación necesaria (agua) a lo largo de la jornada.

4. Lugar de Descanso/Seguridad: La Organización designara un espacio seguro para el resguardo de las pertenencias e indumentaria del Cosplayer (bolso, cartera, props) donde también pueda tomar descansos cuando corresponda según previo acuerdo (el lugar debe contar 1 mesa y mínimo 2 sillas en buen estado).

5. Entrada Libre: La Organización proporcionara 1 gafete de identificación como Jurado Cosplay para respaldar el desempeño de las responsabilidades del Cosplayer dentro del evento (evita confusión y/o altercados con seguridad y staff al estar correctamente identificado), dicha identificación en formato “gafete” fungirá también como pase libre el día del evento/convención.

6. Cuota de Contratación (opcional y negociable a criterio del artista): A cambio de la prestación de servicio como Jurado Cosplayer en la evaluación y valoración de los Concursantes Cosplayers, el saneamiento y la garantía de resultados acordes al reglamento y principios indicados por la Organización, y otras actividades solicitadas y asumidas previo acuerdo entre las partes (Organización - Cosplayer) se establece una cuota de XXX$ por día, que será cancelada vía (indicar formas de pago) máximo (indicar número de dias previos) días antes de la celebración del evento/convención.

• Si ocurriera una situación de fuerza mayor (por ejemplo, accidente o enfermedad) que imposibilitara la asistencia-presencia como Cosplayer Jurado al evento/convención, se notificará lo más pronto posible a la Organización y en caso de haber sido cancelada la cuota de contratación, ésta será devuelta en su totalidad a la Organización. Incluye anuncio público de las causas de inasistencia por parte del Cosplayer para liberar a la Organización de responsabilidades.

• Por razones de seguridad, el incumplimiento de cualquiera de los requisitos de contratación del Cosplayer y los lapsos de tiempo indicados son motivos de cancelación de asistencia al evento/convención.

• Si ocurriera dentro del recinto o durante la celebración del evento-convención una o más faltas al acuerdo previo entre las partes (Organización-Cosplayer), si se presentara una situación donde el Cosplayer viera comprometida su integridad o la de su indumentaria, por motivos de seguridad el Cosplayer puede decidir retirarse del evento-convención, en cuyo caso no se realizara el reembolso de la cuota de contratación (en caso exista) y no corresponderá bajo ninguna circunstancia, motivo o razón, exigir al Cosplayer el resarcimiento de la inversión que haya hecho la Organización (viáticos) para su asistencia ni las pérdidas que pueda generar a la Organización la ausencia del Cosplayer por motivos de fuerza mayor.

Si la Organización tiene una propuesta de actividades pre-programadas para los Cosplayers Jurados, es bienvenido y negociable las pautas para llegar a un acuerdo equilibrado entre la Organización y el Cosplayer.

My requirements as a Cosplayer to be a Judge in Cosplay Activities during the celebration of Manganime, Gamer, Geek and/or Asian Culture Events/Conventions are the following:

2. Evaluation during the Contest: Indicate the time of the Cosplay Activity and where I must be available to receive instructions from the Staff / Cosplay Logistics Team.

2. Official announcement of attendance as part of the Cosplay Jury in the main Social Network of the Event/Convention (maximum 30 days before the date of the Event/Convention), it can be in a publication, story, or reel format.

3. Transportation: The Organization will cover the cost of transportation from the Cosplayer's home to the venue where the Event/Convention will be held, as well as the cost of returning the Cosplayer to their home.

4. Food and Hydration: The Organization will provide nourishment (lunch and refreshments), previously agreed with the Cosplayer in their break time, and the necessary hydration (water) throughout the day.

5. Rest/Safety Place: There will be a designated safe space for the Cosplayer's belongings (bag, wallet, props,clothing) to be kept and where they can take breaks when appropriate according to previous agreement (the place must have 1 table and at least 2 chairs in good condition).

6. Free Entrance: The Organization will provide 1 identification badge as Cosplay Judge to support the performance of the responsibilities of the Cosplayer within the event (avoid confusion and / or altercations with security and staff to be properly identified), such identification in “badge” format will also serve as a free pass the day of the event / convention.

7. Hiring Fee (optional and negotiable at the artist's discretion): In exchange for the service as a Cosplay Judge in the evaluation and assessment of the Cosplay Contestants, the transparency and the guarantee of results according to the rules and principles indicated by the Organization, and other activities requested and assumed prior agreement between the parties (Organization - Cosplayer) a fee of $XXX per day is established, which will be paid via (indicate payment methods) due in (indicate number of days prior) days before the celebration of the event/convention.

• If a force majeure occurs (for example, accident or illness) that makes it impossible to attend the event/convention as a Cosplay Judge, the Organization will be notified as soon as possible and in case they payment had already be done, it will be fully refunded to the Organization. It includes public announcement of the causes of non-attendance by the Cosplayer to release the Organization of responsibilities.

• For safety reasons, failure to comply with any of the Cosplayer hiring requirements and the time periods indicated are cause for cancellation of attendance at the event/convention.

• If one or more violations of the previous agreement between the parties (Organization-Cosplayer) should occur within the premises or during the event-convention, if a situation arises in which the Cosplayer's integrity or that of their costume is compromised, for safety reasons the Cosplayer may decide to withdraw from the event-convention, in which case no reimbursement of the contracting fee (if any) will be made and under no circumstances, reason or motive, shall the Cosplayer be entitled to demand compensation from the Organization for the investment made by the Organization (travel expenses) for their attendance, nor for any losses that the absence of the Cosplayer for reasons of force majeure may generate for the Organization.

If the Organization has a proposal of pre-scheduled activities for the Juried Cosplayers, it is welcome and negotiable guidelines to reach a balanced agreement between the Organization and the Cosplayer.

No esta demás decir que no tiene nada de malo si quieres asistir y apoyar a una Organización de manera gratuita si es tu deseo y tienes las condiciones para ello.

It goes without saying that there is nothing wrong if you want to attend and support an Organization for free if you are willing and able to do so.
