Corruption of the USG makes Fraud Lawful According to District Court

Steve Kirsch brings to my attention a district court's ruling that Merck's fraudulent misrepresentation of MMR vaccine efficacy isn't actionable because the FDA learned of the fraud and participated in it.

"Andrew Wakefield produced an awesome movie, Protocol 7, documenting how Merck defrauded the US government in order to keep their vaccine on the market even though it didn’t meet the required efficacy standards."

"The lawsuit had been in the courts for nearly 15 years."

Despite going to the CHD post Kirsch used as source for the story, I cannot find which district appellate court so ruled, which I find appalling. However, that is not as appalling as the fact that there will be no more appeals.

"I just got off the phone with Andrew Wakefield. He told me that the plaintiffs have decided not to appeal. So the case ends here. Merck won."

There is a Supreme Court in the USA that appellate court rulings can be appealed to, and as the appellants have pursued this case for 15 years, I am dismayed they aren't continuing their fight to hold Merck, and the corrupt FDA, accountable for this fraud and the egregious harms it has done the American people - and their children who suffer autism at rates orders of magnitude higher today than they did before this conspiracy to commit fraud was perpetrated - because there's still that option to seek justice.

I realize people spend money to sue, that they spend LOTS of money to do so, and this case has been a career for multiple lawyers, and that pressing it to seek adjudication by the Supreme Court will cost LOTS MORE money. But I reckon they should try. Millions of Americans have potentially been harmed by this fraud, and millions more are at risk if they don't pursue it. The last rise before the crest is no place to give up on a journey to justice.

Seems to me a backlog of RICO suits are due and ready to pursue to end the transformation of America into an occupied country. The Christic Institute was destroyed back in the 1980s when a federal court ruled their RICO lawsuit against the USG for smuggling cocaine into the USA was 'frivolous' and fined them $1m, which financially broke the Christic Institute. This was a case in which reporters were being Arkancided, and gangs were being supplied with CIA-invented crack cocaine by the feds.

"President George H. W. Bush pardoned the principal conspirators and the case was dismissed by Federal Judge James Lawrence King. A Nixon appointee, King was later discovered to have been a Member of the Board of Directors of organized-crime accountant Meyer Lansky’s Miami National Bank as well as a legal consultant to the Central Intelligence Agency. The final blows came when Judge King ordered Christic to pay one million dollars of the defendant’s legal fees and the IRS stripped the Institute of its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status after claiming the suit was politically-motivated."

Again, the specific court isn't named in source, but at least the Judge's name is. This reveals that the weaponization of government agencies against the American people was ongoing then.

The 1980s seems like a long time ago. However history is a much longer time. Across the breadth of history numerous corrupt tyrannies have existed, and every one of them has been destroyed eventually. If justice isn't available via the ballot box it is only available via the bullet box.
