The cover

I'm definitely not going to get the olympic social media prize this year. I have too much work and too little communicative fuel. I am sure it will return - the fuel - when Putin is letting go and moves to that little cabin East of Perm.

But… I have finished the frontpage of the Otagburuagu short story that I am doing with Ifanyi Eluu which you know as @nevies.

Next step is to try to sell some more of them here in Denmark before sending it to the printer.

Here's a sketch to how the whole cover will look. The ISBN is real but of course not registered yet. For that I need to send to copies of the book to the Royal Library.

As for the cover… I am pretty happy about it. :)

Looks great! I paid for an ebook version, so I hope the graphics look good in that.

It will :) The only difference between the printed version pdf and the e-book will be the resolution of the artwork. Print needs a very high dpi-reolution to look good.

I love it!

May we all have enough fuel to get through what's coming, wherever Putin ends up.

Yea. And fuel can be many things. In Denmark we say rye bread motor. Used when people use their body to move around - bicycling, walking, skiing... one of those strange word combination that you seldom think about. Except I just did today when I was out walking and saw one of the rent-bikes who had it written on it as a promotion-slogan.

Love that: rye bread motor. It's quite perfect for human power in Denmark.

It was probably a joke and a smart and funny term in the 1920s :) Now it is just an idiom that you (almost) not notice. I often find it fascinating when peculiar things like that freezes in its form. I of course mostly notice in other languages where I am not as used to the imagery used.

@tipu curate

Wow. I'm so happy to see the new development about this particular book. Sometimes ago I thought of getting myself into writing of books too but it has lot in stake. So happy to see you again my good friend. How is DENMARK treating you ? Regards to your family. @katharsisdrill

Oh, Denmark is very fine. I walk for an hour every day to get some exercise, and then you really notice how the seasons change. Right now the days are getting shorter every day and it has gotten a bit cold and rainy. The colours are never more intense or beautiful than they are right now. Soon it will get really dark and cold, but September is a beautiful month here.

A definite win!

I am here for Professor Otag's eyes... They look like portals to another world.

They are the juju-eyes.
