Tune 1 of 3 [audio only]
We open CWH with a shared "pop-corn style" check-in followed by a mini-meditation to ramp up flow. Then we drop the first track of music for the sesh: The Lafayette Afro Rock Band's "Darkest Light" from the 1975 album, Malik.
Tune 2 of 3 [movie soundtrack version]
Closes out the original CWH 60 minute live flow sesh: Galt MacDermot's "Coffee Cold" from Shapes of Rhythm that in this video is featured in the film The Thomas Crown Affair (1968).
Tune 3 of 3 [live in concert, Twickenham Stadium England, UK 2003]
Between the close out of the first CWH hour and the beginning of the Bonus hour we invite the crew to take a stretch, refill coffee, or even dance it out for a few minutes before getting back to work. We call this bridge the Rock n Roll break. Today's break was energised with Jagger & Richard's Gimme Shelter.
We hope that you take away some good tunes and free flow from our addition to ThreeTuneTuesday.
Much love!! 😘
AW
