You all will enjoy this wonderful vegetable cooking with great feeling. Pointed gound is one of my favorite vegetables. Which I love to share with everyone.

Whenever we cook anything, we combine it with green chillies onion ginger garlic and great taste to bring out the flavor of the cooking. Pointed Ground This vegetable is usually grown in abundance in our Bangladesh. Vitamins A and C along with carbohydrates are present in this vegetable. Also contains small amounts of magnesium potassium and sulfur chlorine. All these existing vitamins play an important role in the human body.

Pointed gound improves the digestion of the human body. This vitamin green vegetable contains good amount of fiber which helps in digestion of food. Also removes gastric problems and helps a lot in solving liver related problems. So you can choose Point Gound as a unique addition to your daily meals. Pointed gound 500 grams
Potato 300 grams
6/7 pieces of green chillies
Onion 130 grams
80 grams of garlic
80 grams of soybean oil
Coriander leaves in quantity
Masala powder in quantity
Salt in moderation
250 grams of water

I will complete this simple cooking using all the necessary ingredients. Also, I will try to show all the steps and pictures in front of you all.

Here we cut the coriander leaves and roots. Next we peel the pointed gound vegetables with a knife.

Here first we put the curry in the oven and after heating the curry add some amount of soybean oil. Next we sauteed the onion garlic ingredients. Lightly fry and add turmeric and salt. Mix it well again and fry it.

Then we fried the potatoes and mixed them well with all the ingredients.

Here we grind the quantity of coriander leaves and mix it well.
