My guess for this week's theme was, that there would be plenty of covers of one particular song (not that many it turns out, though, lol), so my choice fell on a song by Leo Sayer, which fits the theme just as well.
Leo Sayer was quite popular in the 70s; my partner Ray regularly does one of his songs "One man band", which is good fun.
This one is quite a simple, but effective song, which expresses a lot with only a few words. Not sure why I never learned it earlier, but there you go..
I wasn't sure I would record anything this week, as I've had yet another bug... time to stay away from people, fed up with it.. 🙄😄
Anyway, here's my croaky presentation for this week.
Thanks for listening! 😃

Oh oh, yea, yea
I love you more than I can say
I'll love you twice as much tomorrow
Oh love you more than I can say
Oh oh, yea, yea
I miss you every single day
Why must my life be filled with sorrow
Oh love you more than I can say
Don't you know I need you so
Tell me please I gotta know
Do you mean to make me cry
Am I just another guy
Oh oh, yea, yea
I miss you more than i can say
Why must my life be filled with sorrow
Oh love you more than I can say
