hi my name is Oliver.
I am a 12 year old school boy that lives in the UK. I am just finishing my first year of high school. I enjoy sports like football, cricket, rounders, basketball and gym.
I do 3 after school clubs with one of them being Young Writers Guild that will help me with English and my imagination. So far we have done an exercise in world building and we are now planning a story, I am writing about a character named Mike. He is a 23 year old man that lives on a space ship. One day he falls asleep and gets lost in a black hole maybe I will post it on hive when I have finished the story.
In my free time I like to play online games, such as Fortnite, Fall Guys and Rocket League with my friends. I also enjoy meeting up with my friends. I also sometimes practise football and basketball in my garden.
I have joined Hive as I'd like to practise and improve my creative writing. I am hoping to learn from reading other peoples' posts. I am also on Hive to improve my vocabulary, spelling, and grammar . I'm going to be improving this by writing more posts and getting inspiration from others. I'm happy to be on Hive and will hope I have a lovely experience by trying to be a better writer and I think being here will help me.
My mum @samsmith1971 and my friend @dreemsteem have encouraged me to do this, so I will be joining the Dreemport HeyHavYaMet new Hiver challenge for July and hope to have fun.
