Hi people,
Well the title is what quite a number of people conclude. Then by extension, they want us to be wary of the women folk...they say Delilah felled Samson, John the Baptist's head was cut off because a woman requested it and so on.
SHALL WE GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
Now after the offence of man's disobedience in the garden, God came and questioned Adam first and primarily, not Eve.
It means he was the leader, the head, he was expected to guide his wife into obedience. He was created before her and instruction was given to him to take care of the garden and his Mrs.
The reason why Eve failed is because first of all, Adam had failed in his duty. Maybe the man was busy with some monkeys playing football.
He did his job on her for a while and then backslided, he assumed she would follow-up by herself.
In matters of marriage, assumption is deadly. The Almighty who detailed you to guide your wife knows she is built differently from you, she can easily be distracted.
Look, a married woman(Christian woman sef) of even 60-yrs of age with grandchildren, if another man can show her attention and care regularly she can easily start to lose focus.
The Manufacturer knows what He created and He said to Adam, in love close-mark your wife o. Train her, shield her, keep her; God knows she can be fickle emotionally.
Adam do the work a little and since she was complying, he felt her name has become "Steve", he forgot she is still a woman– Eve.
The serpent by the Devil, crept in and finished her off.
WHY DID ADAM EAT ALSO?
Genesis 3 the focus.
Make no mistake about it, Madam Eve had been eyeing that tree before that day. The Devil empowered serpent only took advantage of her area of interest.
So where was Adam all the while that temptation had been knocking on the door of the wife's heart? Surely healthy communication with the wife, should have revealed to Adam that this woman is close to danger.
Each time you obey God, He rewards you with Grace. Each time you are doing what God sent you to do, you will experience ease, you will be powerful in operation.
The bathroom that King David looked into and saw a woman bathing, was not built that day. The problem was that, it was not God's will for David to be at home that day, so no Grace to resist the woman.
Similarly, Adam ate because, long before then, he had been disobeying God in his obligation to the wife, so the strength to say "no" to Eve was not there.
I hope the women folk are happier now🙂? Anyways it's really not about siding with any gender, but it's about stating truth.
Your reactions to this are welcome.
