I'm not proud to admit but honestly, that I was never concerned about my health condition. I was the one who ignored health issues day after day until something big happened!
As usual, I was ignoring my eye ache, headache, and breathing issues.
Until one day my nose started to bleed. Not much a few drops and I was having more issues with breathing and had to mouth-breath. I was so stupid I didn't even see for once with a light/torch inside my nose.
I have Nasal polyps!
I went to visit the doctor after the bleeding. It was not in a good condition, fortunately, it didn't need an operation but the doctor prescribed some medicine.
There were many to-dos and not-to-dos in the prescription as well. I read everything in a mindset to improve my health. Later, I google search to learn more about my condition. Fortunately, I have learned that my condition is not something to worry much about but I can follow some measures and use medicines to improve my health situation.

My Learning
I have learned that if I paid attention at the beginning, it would not get this bad and I could have fewer issues. So we should never take any health issues lightly and take immediate medical attention, no matter how small it is.
Nasal polyps can be managed with lifestyle and diet changes if not severe. For example, being hydrated, avoiding allergy food, using a mask to avoid dust, avoiding colds, etc can help to manage polyps.
Nasal polyps cause a lot of headaches, eye aches, breathing issues, etc. So not only it's about the nose but also, it affects the whole body because you will feel dizzy and not okay, all the time. It's better to not ignore and see a doctor.

There's nothing comparable to living a healthy life. Being active and doing some exercise will not only keep us healthy but also it give us an idea of where we are having problems. Doing breathing exercises regularly would have given me a better understanding of my health months ago.
.
What is gone is gone, now let's focus on what we have and can do now.
I'm following the doctor's advice and my own research findings. So following a healthy lifestyle and medicine is my new way of life.
If you are having similar issues or other health problems, don't worry. There are many solutions, take advice from professionals, and never follow your own Google search if you are not a professional. Take a healthy step one at a time, you will gradually feel better.
Moreover, be positive and mentally healthy to fight any health issues.
