Walking through the corridors of music is complex, and many times we need a push to encourage us to continue, to focus on our purpose and not stop our work, not to lose sight of the goal we have set ourselves with our music. Using the resource of motivation is very important, that push to the musicians to give the best of themselves and increase their productivity is something very valuable. However, we must remember that the real motivation comes from within each person and is reinforced with its purpose, but external motivation often comes at difficult times that restore our faith in our process.
Caminar por los pasillos de la música es complejo, y muchas veces necesitamos un empuje que nos anime a seguir, a enfocarnos en nuestro propósito y no parar nuestro trabajo, no perder de vista el objetivo que nos hemos propuesto con nuestra música. Usar el recurso de la motivación es muy importante, ese empuje a los músicos para que den lo mejor de sí y aumenten su productividad es algo muy valioso. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que la real motivación viene desde adentro de cada persona y va reforzada con su propósito, pero, la motivación externa muchas veces llega en momentos difíciles que nos restablecen la fe en nuestro proceso.
From Musiczone we are committed to continue motivating artists in different ways. On this occasion, within this new stage of the Hive Music Festival we have proposed to encourage that artist who stands out from the other stars that are part of this majestic musical event; clarifying that this award is independent of the artist of the final prize. Remember that the Hive Music Festival has three rounds, where musicians will be offering their best so that the judges can fairly deliberate our winning artists.
Desde Musiczone nos hemos comprometido en seguir motivando a los artistas de diferentes maneras. En esta ocasión, dentro de esta nueva etapa del Hive Music Festival nos hemos planteado incentivar aquel artista que se destaque de las demás estrellas que forman parte de este majestuoso evento musical; aclarando que esta premiación es independiente al artista del premio final. Recordemos que el Hive Music Festival cuenta con tres rondas, donde los músicos estarán ofreciendo lo mejor de sí, para que los jueces puedan deliberar de manera justa nuestros artistas ganadores.

Without a doubt, every week, without fail, the artists of the Hive Music Festival shine like the great stars they are, putting the jury in a complex position; choosing an artist each week is not easy. One artist who has stood out for her beautiful, powerful and expressive voice is @mirel0510. She has great acting ability, and a captivating stage presence. Her interactions with other participants are an example of support and solidarity. Her performance has been stupendous, and we are happy to count her participation. Their effort, dedication and commitment are admirable. Applause for this worthy example of overcoming difficulties.
Una artista que se ha destacado por su hermosa, poderosa y expresiva voz es @mirel0510. Ella tiene una gran capacidad de interpretación, y una presencia en el escenario cautivadora. Sus interacciones con otros participantes son un ejemplo de apoyo y de solidaridad. Su desempeño ha sido estupendo, y nos sentimos felices de contar su participación. Como siempre sería difícil no reconocer el trabajo de otros artistas que han participado en el concurso semanal. Un mandolinista que ha resaltado por su destreza, y buena técnica es @rodolfomandolina. Es increíble como puede hacer las cosas con tanta comodidad y facilidad. Su capacidad de tocar las cuerdas con precisión, y producir una melodía que te conecta con los sentimientos más profundos es asombrosa. Otro músico instrumentista que queremos destacar es @guitarmcy, su técnica, su dedicación y esfuerzo con la Guitarra son admirables. Nos sentimos felices por el maravilloso trabajo que nos han compartido estos artistas. Felicidades.
