In the next step we will make a volcano type with the flour, in it we will add the already activated yeast together with the beaten egg and the rest of the sugar, mix very well until integrated, then add the salt together with the butter and continue kneading.
After adding the butter we knead for about 30 minutes in the course of kneading we add the ½ tbsp of oregano and continue kneading until our dough is soft elastic and smooth so we know that our dough is ready.
After kneading for 30 minutes, transfer it to a bowl and let it rest for an hour in a warm place without drafts, it should double in size.
In the next step we degas the dough and divide it into 8 parts, as my oven is small I got 15 CM loaves. We take each piece of dough and spread it on the counter and roll it from top to bottom, always pressing the ends so that when it is time to bake it does not open.
After forming all the loaves, we let them rest for about 30 minutes, bathe them with beaten egg and add the sesame seeds and take them to the preheated oven at 220⁰c for 25 minutes.
