Time to air fry everything šŸ‘ØšŸ»ā€šŸ³

Going into 2023, I had never used an air fryer before. I have heard all sorts of people tell me how amazing these things are, but I figured I was fine without one. As with a lot of things I've yet to try, I was wrong about my assumptions.

I was lucky enough to receive the Chefman 4.5 Qt. TurboFry Touch Air Fryer as a Christmas gift from @flowerbaby's mom. I was shocked that she got me something so nice, I do not expect anybody to buy me gifts ever. Some people are just so nice that they will not take no for an answer. This is how I ended up with an air fryer of my own.

Thanks so much, Michele! ā¤ļøšŸ¤—

You can find tons of information about this exact model on the Chefman.com or purchase it on Amazon at a lower price.

So far I absolutely love this thing! It fits perfectly on my countertop and functions efficiently. I actually just used it for the first time on Tuesday. So if you are curious about how this thing works, continue reading.

How to air fry šŸ½ļø

This thing is so easy to use. There is a tray on the bottom half and a very responsive touch screen on the upper half. I purchased some turkey patties to be my first experiment with my new device.

You don't have to use butter or oil with this thing, so I skipped that step. I got right to seasoning my turkey. I used some dry jerk Caribbean seasoning and cheese. I only used the seasoning on two of the patties so that I could compare the flavor between the two once they finished.

After I had the food ready I placed them inside the provided tray. This tray keeps things from sticking to the bottom of the tray. It also allows excess fat to drip down to the bottom.

I cooked these for about 15 minutes at 340Ā°F, but I set the timer for 20 minutes. I did this to allow about 5 minutes for the air fryer to heat up. It worked very well and turned out to be quite possibly one of the tastiest things that I have ever cooked. Air frying is cooking, isn't it?

finished.JPG

I've since discovered clubchefman.com where you can find recipes and tutorials, and interact with other Chefman users. I've yet to dive very far into exploring this site, but I know it will have loads of ideas for cooking with my air fryer.

I'm extremely pleased with my Chefman air fryer so far. I'm sure I'll be using this thing all of the time and I can't wait to see what @flowerbaby and I cook up together.

I love my air frier. I have attached to my blackstone griddle. Its pretty awesome to throw microwave burritos in there to toast up before eating. I also love doing fries in there. Enjoy!

This thing makes everything taste better than when it is microwaved.

Great choice @daltono. It is designed with several preset cooking programs, including options for frying, roasting, baking, and reheating. It also has a cool-touch handle and removable, dishwasher-safe parts for easy cleaning.

I love everything about it. Cleaning it after use is an absolute breeze, that's a must for me.

Wao! This looks nice and amazing.. nice one bro

Kudos brother. You have such a darling mother-in-law. I havent use an air fryer before but will love to use one due to the excitement you are already showing about it. Enjoy it to the fullest

She is just as sweet as my girlfriend. If you can get your hands on a device like this, I guarantee that it will make cooking much more frequent/easy in your life.

Honestly, my friend, it's a great invention. We can cook more easily. Greetings and welcome to the club

It's miles better than the damn microwave, that's for sure.

The only annoying thing is having to wash itšŸ˜©

Yea I wish it automatically cleaned itself, but luckily this one is very easy to wash. The main compartment detaches and fits in my sink easily. Then there is a tray inside that is removable and I haven't had any issue with debris sticking to it. It's spotless every time I'm finished with it.

They make liners that go in the tray now and they work really good to keep them clean as they cook.

Dear Daltono, about a year ago I bought one, it is the best, you have to try the potatoes.

There is so much I want to try cooking in this thing. Some potatoes are a great idea. There are pretty much endless options as to what I can cook in it.

We have one, and it's totally our best kitchen tool. On New Year's Eve we roasted chickens and were super tasty.

It is now my best kitchen tool as well. I got rid of my Nespresso since I haven't drunk coffee for about a year now. This air fryer now sits in the exact spot where the old coffee machine was. That chicken sounds delicious.

You're going to love the air fryer man!
Or what we used to say back in the viking days: Air Freya!

I've used it every single day since I've been home with it.
I love it, I guess I'll name mine Freyr.

a great helper for those who like to cook too i hope i can get one soon

This takes all of the difficulty out of cooking for me.

Gadgets like these have made cooking so much easier. Due to them, the life of women has also become easier, they are free by cooking food in half an hour. We also have this kind of air fryer and we make mostly nuggets in it. We took this air-fryer from Pakistani seventeen thousand.

We sure do have it a lot easier now compared to many years ago.

Air fryers are so good. We had one for a while but the tray fell off the counter when we were cleaning it and busted the handle off. I have wanted to get a new one for a while, but have just been too lazy.

If you know you'll use it, why not get you and the family one? I'm not sure I could ever live without one now.

I am too lazy to go buy one.

Ideal that air oven to make meals without oil without so much frying and eat naturally.

I love not having to use oil!

Congrats on the nice air fryer. I use mine all the time. Do my wings in there all the time now too. Healthier and tastes just as good!

We are about to try making burgers with it for the first time today. I'm curious to see how it turns out.

Hope you let us know how they turned out. Surprisingly, frozen steaks are awesome in the air fryer. Cooks them just right and quickly.

Turned out pretty great. I could have cooked them a bit longer though, but now we know for next time.

looks delicious. It seems that you got a great gift.

It's probably my favorite thing that I received this Christmas! I will use it daily now.

The joy of air frying!
It's also a great alternative when you're on diet. šŸ˜‚
That's really a nice gift!
I have mine too but lately I haven't been using it. Your post just reminded me to use it again. LOL

You better get back to showing your air fryer the love and attention that it needs.

ummmmmm.. chef Daltono.. šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³

I got me a crockpot instapot, but am afraid to use it since it sounds like it will explode.. so i just use it like a hot pot. :P

i also got the emeril oven/toaster/air fryer thing. that one works great for bagle bites, frozen pizza, etc. :)

I've tried many different devices, but this air fryer is by far my favorite so far.

One of the most useful inventions I've seen lately haha. I can't wait to buy one in the future, especially for French fries. We made them at a friend's house and they are really good. Use it on a good day my friend, you are so lucky @flowerbaby's mom gifted it to you.

I can't believe I slept on the awesomeness of the air fryer for so long. I hope you can get one soon. At least you know what it is capable of already.

Perfect I have added the site to my favorites heh heh!

We treated ourselves to the air fryer last Christmas; in reality it also works as an oven, grill and millions of other functions; I confess that by now we cook everything there.

We don't despise fried food, but my wife can't eat it anymore because she immediately gets sick and I too don't feel good with fried stuff anymore given the constant heartburn (I'm getting old heh heh!)

The air fryer is a great alternative in my opinion!
They made you a really nice gift and I'm sure you'll use it a lot!

A hug!

I'm amazed at how this thing cooks my steaks a million times better than my cast iron skillet on the stove. I don't have to babysit it either. It certainly is healthier for us than using an old-fashioned oil fryer.

Yes, it's really very healthy and it cooks very well, the word you used "amazed" is perfect because that's the effect it has eh eh!

I must confess, however, that when the weather is nice I don't give up on a nice barbecue in the garden... it probably takes longer and is a little less healthy... but sometimes you also have to indulge in the pleasures of life eh eh!

I don't have a place to barbeque outdoors right now, so the air fryer is about as good as it gets for me.

Ah well in this case then it's also very comfortable for you. However not to be repetitive but you will see that the fryer will prove to be a great deal! ;-)
