My Yummy African snail Recipe

Of course all over Africa as a whole, a well prepared snail recipe is yummy and tasteful.
Greetings family,I decided to bother us a little with this recipeπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. Well known snail is a protein giving food and of course snail family is one that involves patience and gives money too.

Taste : Taste normally is a delicious meal the mere cooking of snail with pepper and some vegetables alone will make it tasteful. Meanwhile, snail has a chewy texture and it can absorb any sauce added to it.

welknownabout the snail, it is a protein giving food,It is veto-friendly and also a good source of carbohydrate, magnesium and of course omega-3. Snails is also appreciated in countries like Italy,Germany,Portugal and France though its quite possible that many might not find it good probably for personal reasons.
Ingredients required to cook snail includes vegetable in which scentleaf is preferable for me,lemon, olive oil and some spices as the case may be in other to make it more jummy.
Hygiene understandable that the washing of snails might pose a problem because of its slimy nature when cracking open the shell, there is also a simple way out.
The following steps can help in washing of snails and making it more attractive

  1. Wash your snail with 3-5liters of water as the case maybe,the increasing number of snails determines the litres of water to be used.
  2. With your cutting knife,cut open the tail end of the snails little bit not to excess.
  3. Add your salt and squeezed lemon water not that to a large extent to the snail.
  4. Boil for like 2-3minutes, at this point, the slimy nature has reduced
  5. Add your alum to wash as soon as the water is warm to make it more hygienic and attractive for like 5-10minutes or even more as the case might be.
    At this point the snail its good to be cooked
    The cooking of snails takes up to 7-14minutes in the sense that the intensity of the light is lowered for the easy cooking of the snail. Boil your cooking oil for 2minutes, an already sliced pepper,onions,scentleaf, is added and allowed boiled for 2and half minutes, Add your salt, allow to boil for 4minutes add a little water allow to boil for 2minutes more, add your lemon, your garlic each allowed to boil for 3minutes
