- Today I am sharing with you Lachcha Semai cooking in different flavors. In fact, many guests came to the house today. So for the guests, I cooked Lachcha Semai at home very early. In fact, it doesn't take long to cook. That's why I cooked semai for the guests. So I thought I would share it with you. I hope you like it.
So friends, I have taken the necessary ingredients to cook Lachcha Semai here-
- 1- Lachcha semai
2- Cow's milk
3- Coconut Kora
4- Sugar
5- Salt to taste
6-Almonds
7-Raisins
8-Bay leaves
9- Cinnamon
10- Cardamom and
11- Clove etc.
Cooking method-
- First I took cow's milk in a container here. The milk must have been strained through a sieve.
- This time I put salt in it. Now I put bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in it. This time I have given the amount of sugar inside it. Sweets must give their choice. This time I put coconut cora in the same way. This time I have mixed it well with nuts and raisins.
Now I will put the pot in the oven and light it for a while. I took it off the stove by stirring it for a while.
This time I have spread Lachcha Semai from inside. When giving lachcha semai, it must be spread well from above. So it has been spread. This time I have moved a little. This time I covered it with a lid and left it for a while. There is no problem if you do not cover it with a lid, but if you cover it with a lid, semai is formed very quickly.
- After a while see semai cooking is ready. And it was made in a very short time. This time I am serving in a container. And if you cook lachcha semai in this way, it tastes much better to eat. You can definitely try this at home.
