- Añadimos las patatas, en éste paso procedemos a condimentar con: romero, pimienta, comino, orégano seco, pimentón dulce y sal al gusto.

- A continuación, colocamos las salchichas ahumadas... Salteamos durante 5 minutos. Tapamos y cocinamos hasta comprobar que están listas, tardarán aproximadamente 15 minutos en estar listas.

To make this recipe I used 1 "large" zucchini, after washing well, proceed to cut into VERY thin strips (do not remove the skin).
Add the zucchini, cook until they are "semi-soft", the approximate cooking time will be 8-10 minutes, I particularly love to enjoy its crunchy texture.
- Para realizar ésta receta utilicé 1 calabacín "grande", luego de lavar bien, procedemos a cortar en tiras MUY delgadas (no extraer la piel).
- Integramos el calabacín, cocinamos hasta que estén "semi-blandos", el tiempo aproximado de cocción será de 8-10 minutos, particularmente me encanta disfrutar de su textura crocante.
