Hello! Foodies, How are you? Whenever I'm lazy cooking food that is too long to cook, this is my go-to food healthier version whenever I cook this it is always gone in a second. this blog I will make is my go-to quick food that I always cook. I know some or most Filo peeps know this food I will cook.
Ginisang Kamatis at Itlog is a dish where you cook a scrambled egg with tomato this is one of my favorites to cook other than just a sunny side fried egg.
When I was a kid I didn't like this food but when I got older my palette kind of changed all the food my parent cooked before I like it now. Your food taste indeed changes when you get older.
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Egg
- Ground Pepper
- Seasoning
- Fish Sauce
- Oil
Prepare Time:
I chop the garlic, red onion, and tomatoes.
And I season the egg with my seasoning of choice.
Cooking Time:
The first thing to do is to make sure the pan is hot to put oil on the pan. By the way, I eye-measured the oil.
Then next I add the tomatoes. I stir-fry the tomatoes for minutes.
The tomatoes should look like this.
When the tomatoes were cooked, I added the chopped garlic and onion.
I added a teaspoon of fish sauce and stirred for a minute.
After the tomatoes and fish sauce are well combined. I added the egg. I let be cook for seconds.
And I stir the eggs without stopping.
This is the best part of the food. The toasted part.
I like my egg and tomatoes dry when cooked.
It is ready to be eaten.
