today's cooking item is very interesting because today the vegetable curry I am going to cook this curry and vegetable each One of the most favorite foods for people I think.
Well, if I ask you which season of vegetables and curries you like the most, no doubt you will say that the vegetables and fruits that are available in winter are your favorite, so today I have this post about a winter vegetable among you.
Since I live in Malaysia, there is no winter or monsoon here, curry is available at any time of the year, so today I am going to cook cauliflower, which is a favorite of all of you. Cauliflower is a beautiful name, isn't it, and cooking it is a lot of fun for me. Cauliflower is first on my list as a favorite winter curry
And I am going to cook that cauliflower and show it to you today and I hope you like it, so I have added several items to the cauliflower, such as potatoes, and I will add some fish that I fried yesterday so that the curry snake is a little bit more.।
Let's see what I did for this first I cut my cauliflower nicely and cut it to size along with the potatoes and washed them well together with water to get rid of any bugs and dirt then I put them together in a nice container.
After that, I have cut the amount of chillies, onions and garlic nicely and arranged them in a bowl and I have kept my fishes in one place. Now it's time to cook.
For cooking firstly oil my jhal masalas like everyday and wait for a while to get a nice red color after the oil when it turns red then I put my cauliflowers on the oil.
And in this way for 15 to 20 minutes stirring my flower each nicely so that it is more tasty then I added water to it as much as needed I gave that water in quantity.
This went on for another 10 to 15 minutes and when my water got hot I arranged my fishes nicely and arranged them on my curry like this for another 10 to 12 minutes. A delicious dish of cauliflower and pakari fish is done, you must tell it through comments.
