Pizza is a popular Italian food. Everyone knows pizza, but it's not every time we get to eat pizza that is delicious and satisfying. I myself am one of them because many times I've eaten it. I went to a pizza place and it didn't taste good to me. So I think pizza might not be my favorite food. It's probably because I rarely eat pizza that's as delicious as I like. And today I want to eat pizza the way I want to eat it and I've eaten it in Thailand before. That is "Pineapple Seafood Pizza."
Pineapple Seafood Pizza It may sound strange and unappetizing to those who have never seen it before. I apologize to Italian people who don't like seeing this. Because sometimes being original makes you dissatisfied. But for me, food can adapt to different tastes and preferences. Because of its charm and originality, it is still praised and admired. It may be slightly modified according to the area according to your preference, but that would be okay.
Let's talk about this pizza. When I want to eat like this My father and my bf arranged for me as requested. And I'm very excited. We went to the market to buy things to prepare for pizza. Dad was the one who kneaded the dough at night. And this pizza was made the next day. The fermented flour can be fluffy. I don't know what kind of powder is used but it's not all white.
Then come prepare everything, wash it clean first, then cut it into small pieces. In addition to the seafood and pineapple pizza. There are other styles as well. Following the style of authentic Italian food The main ingredients you see are tomato sauce and fresh cheese that must be put on the pizza.
The steps for making the various ingredients I cannot explain. At first I thought I would do it all myself but I couldn't do it Lol, so I just had to help with a few things. and take photos of the making process Father brought the flour that was ready and put it on trays, dividing it into three trays. Because I will make three faces. Spread the flour over the whole tray of nuts. Then take the tomato sauce and spread it all over the dough. Place the cheese on top. This step should be the easiest. That is, whatever we want to eat, we put it on top. As for me, I'm sure that Pineapple and Seafood Followed by cheese.
When finished The next step is to bake those pizzas in the oven for about 20 minutes. The cheese that was heated began to melt and everything mixed together and it smelled really good. I can imagine it must be delicious. Then I took it to check and actually looked at it with the naked eye and probably would have known, but just to be sure. Yes, it's very delicious. Its fragrance makes me hungry again even while writing this post. Dad brought out a tray of ready-to-eat pizzas from the oven. Saliva starts to flow when it looks good. Plus the fragrant smell
I'm not going to lie about this being the best pizza. And it was as delicious as anything I've ever eaten. Soft dough, fragrant cheese, and the sweet taste that comes from the pineapple that goes well with the cheese. It's The Base Pizza And it's what I want to eat. And I started to love pizza. It's starting to become one of my favorite dishes.
