Hello to the World, hope everyone is rocking as always. Here is another blog of mine. I have prepared samak halwa, this we usually prepare when we are on fasting. You can eat this halwa and it's really tasty and healthy. It helps in maintaining high blood pressure. Lowers cholesterol level and helps in digestion.
So let's start with the quick easy recipe ☺️
Ingredients
- Samak
- Ghee
- Jaggery power or Sugar
- Saunf
And someone to eat this halwa 😂
Recipe
Before you start with the halwa, let's keep the jaggery power in a glass of water.
Take a kadhai and take a cup of samak in that, put ghee as half cup of ghee, we will add more if needed.
Stir it untill the colour of the samak changes to reddish brown
Put dry fruits in it once it is brown and the jaggery water mix it properly and let the samak soak the water.
- Once it is ready put more table spoon of ghee in it, for better taste. And garnish it with some more dry fruits ☺️
Your halwa is ready to it, this is very simple and healthy, you can eat this if you are on fasting
