Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes sobre una rica comida que hicimos en casa, muy poco se acostumbra hacer esto en la casa, pero se realiza más que todo cuando viene mi tío de visita del puerto la cruz, ya que son muy pocos lo que comen en la casa esta rica comida en la casa, realizamos un rico sapo guisado, es un pescado.

Comenzamos con su preparación, colocamos aceite antes pasado por onoto para darle color al sapo guisado, colocamos los aliños, ají, pimentón y cebolla.

After waiting 30 minutes, we check and taste to verify that the toad is fully cooked.

Luego comenzamos a guisar los aliños, para seguidamente cuando este sofrito los aliños comenzamos agregar el sapo, al tener el sapo ya echado en la olla, comenzamos agregarle vino y cubito, el vino que le estábamos agregando era un ROSARIO de 2021 MERLOT, el cual agregamos poco a poco y al tener ya todo el sapo condimentado le colocamos la tapa para ponerlo a sudar a fuego medio lo cocinamos.
Al esperar 30 min, revisamos y probamos para verificar que el sapo ya esté cocinado a su totalidad.

Para acompañar este rico sapo guisado hicimos funche y arroz, para que la persona que quiera comer elija con qué lo quiere acompañar, pero de verdad que quedo muy rico, lo único malo de este platillo es que tiene mucho hueso y hay que comerlo con mucho cuidado para que no vayan a tratarse alguna espina sin querer. Pero de verdad que es un rico platillo y que no se come todos los días.
