Feliz y bendecido día nuevamente con ustedes para presentarles una receta fácil y deliciosa como es el pollo, el cual contiene proteínas de gran calidad y una diversidad de vitaminas del Complejo B y minerales como Hierro. La carne de pollo también contiene vitamina A, zinc, tiamina, fósforo y ácido fólico. Además de ser muy versátil ya que lo he preparado asado, horneado frito y esta vez lo haré guisado con vegetales y guisantes.

1 kg de pollo
2 pimentones
Guisantes
Cebollín
2 cebollas
1 calabacín
Ajo
2 papas
1 zanahoria
Sal, mostaza y pimienta al gusto.
1 kg chicken
2 bell peppers
Peas
Chives
2 onions
1 zucchini
Garlic
2 potatoes
1 carrot
Salt, mustard and pepper to taste.
Paso a Paso/ Step by Step
- Limpiar bien los vegetales y picarlos como prefieras.
Clean the vegetables well and chop them as you prefer.
- En una olla bien caliente con poco aceite agregar el pollo y seguidamente las papas, zanahorias y calabacín picados, tapar y dejar 10 minutos para que se ablanden y se cocine bien el pollo.

- Es hora de agregar las cebollas, pimentón y cebollín finamente picados.

- Por último agregamos los guisantes y revolvemos, probamos para ver si le falta sal.

- Tapar por 5 minutos y apagamos.
