Hello CineTV
My son and I are watching The Walking Dead together, definitely a crazy show with lots of messed up parts. But he is enjoying it and I am glad to be watching it with him. Definitely different watching some of those scenes with your child...
What a great turnout for the zombie movie topic! I am very grateful for everyone's participation and sad that I can only pick 3 winner. Thanks again everyone and I hoep to see you all again next week!
Let's get to this week's winners:
First Place
The first place finisher was @zonadigital21 with a choice of World War Z, found here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@zonadigital21/cinetv-contest-zombies-invaded-the-whole-world-and-only-one-man-can-save-us-halloween-special
World War Z is definitely an underrated zombie film. Great choice and great review. Congrats!
Second place
In second place we have @nbarrios67 with the choice of Dawn of the Dead, here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@nbarrios67/favorite-zombie-movie-zombies-dawn-of-the-dead-from-george-a-romero-s
I am playing favorites a bit with this choice because although it is dated, this to me is the best zombie movie out there. Love the film and a great review as always. Thanks!
Third place
Our third place winner in this contest is @carminasalazarte with their choice of Dance of the Dead and can be found here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@carminasalazarte/cine-tv-contest-83-dance-of-the-dead-engesp
What a fun choice! I know that there are weird zombie movies in all kinds of odd situations but this one is pretty cool. Thanks for the selection!
Congrats!
225 CINE COINS and 100 Ecency Points will be transferred to the winners.
Now if anyone disagrees with our choices then please tag us in a comment on this post!
And let's move on to the new contest!
Favorite Movie with a Robot
On to our next contest! Thank you to @ecency for sponsoring our Cine TV contests! Check them out at ecency.com. 🙂
I was talking to my son the other day and he told me that one of his favorite things right now is to build transforming robots out of Legos. He loves Transformers and now he has begun making his own out of spare Legos. They are super cool and I think he has a real talent for building them! Such an imagination!
It got me to thinking that there are a ton of movies with robots in them. From simple robots, to droids, to Terminators, there are a lot of examples. For this contest I want you to think of a movie with a prominent robot and write a review. Tell me why you chose this movie, what about the robot drew you to this choice? Is the robot kind? Something that you would want? What are your overall thoughts of technology and robots moving forward?
Thank you all for stopping by and I can't wait to read your selections. Be original!
Please check out the list of rules and suggestions below or feel free to ask me in the Discord channel if you have any questions (caulderfreeman). Enjoy this week's contest and good luck!
