I am so delighted to be participating in this week's prompt topic: What are your eating habits like? Do you have a favorite self-care recipe? And do you tend to eat whatever you crave?
If there is something I don’t joke with, it is my stomach. I love food so much. Anything food brings to my table, as far as the food tastes good and healthy, I am cool with it. I can eat anytime; I don’t mind. I am very careful of what I consume. I believe that what we consume plays a vital role in our well-being. In order to eat healthy, there are certain things you will avoid. I avoid fatty foods and soda. have a favorite self-care recipe
What are my eating habits like?
I don’t think there is anyone who doesn’t have an eating habit. I have an eating habit that I follow every day. I will always tell myself that health is wealth. I don’t just eat anything I see; everyone in the house knows how demanding I can be made when it comes to the food I consume. I make sure that my meal is a balanced diet. I avoid processed food and am so mindful of this food because the chemicals used in preserving the food are dangerous to human health. I try my best to prepare my food myself because they will always say health is wealth. I don’t eat out because I don’t know their hygiene; I have had one suffer from food poisoning since then, and I am very careful of what I consume. I used to be someone who was after the bag. I didn’t have time to cook for myself; I ate out. Not until I was sick, and it happens that my food was poisoned. That was the time I realized I had been too careless with myself. I negotiated with myself, and all I was after was work. I took it upon myself since that day to eat healthy.
My favorite self-care recipes.
Water is very important; that is why I decided to spice up my own by adding honey and lemon.
My favorite self-care recipe is hot water, lemon, and honey. This self-care is a goal for me; there are so many health benefits. Honey is an antibacterial that helps to heal wounds and also fight bacteria. It is enriched with vitamin A. Since I started taking it every morning, it has really helped me a lot. It helps me with burning some fat; heaven knows how much I hate fat. This is one of the reasons I can never miss out on my recipes. It helps me to stay healthy.
When I am less busy, I get enough sleep and relax myself. Sleep is very important because it helps us to relax our body in order to function well.
Mediation: I don’t play with this. No matter how busy I may be, I will surely take out 5 or 10 minutes to meditate.
Do I tend to eat only when i craving for something?

Of course we are humans; most times we will be craving something so bad, and if we don’t get that particular thing, our soul and body will not be at peace. Whenever I crave something and I am unable to get it, I will be very angry, but once I get it, I will be happy. For someone like me, if I crave anything, I will surely go get it. You see, this life has no duplicate. I believe in giving yourself that treat you deserve. I don’t really crave something, but any day I do, I will make sure I satisfy that craving. My siblings will always tell me to enjoy my life now that I am alive. Whatever I crave, I will surely get it for myself. I believe that someone who works most of the time is nothing in this world; enjoy yourself if need be.
Always try your best to eat good food; always remember that health is wealth; you should be very careful of things you consume.
