Our marvelous Ecency developers have been busy and have gotten 2025 off to a great start!
They have added an exciting new feature for your posts! When you mention a username and link posts inside your content you get a nice visual representation, avatar and thumbnail of the post. It makes it easy to navigate to your mentions.
Ecency introduced a dedicated Waves page this week on Ecency.com.
Waves has always been easy to access from the mobile app by going to wavy line icon at the bottom of the screen, and now PC users can go directly to Waves by clicking on the top left 3 line menu.
You have the same choice if you access Ecency.com on mobile.
You can change Waves feed to liketu Moments, leo Threads, Dbuzz, and peakd Snaps.
There is new Mansory View to make Waves more customizable.
There is a new 'Who to Follow' widget that shows active Ecencials that are on the Leaderboard. Besides possibly winning prizes it is another great reason to actively use Ecency and be in the top 50 on the Leaderboard! You may get more Followers.
Although not new, In the three dot menu on each WAVE there is a TRANSLATE feature which makes it easy to create a Wave in your own language and allows others to read it.
Ecency.waves uses commentrewarder to pay out 99% of the earnings of each container post to curated Wavers. Waving gives you more opportunities to receive rewards.
