Greetings to everyone in the community. Hope you all are doing great and enjoying fall.This time i am here with a idea of what you can make for your friends on their birthdays.
Yesterday we all friends were chilling in the lawn of university where one of my friend told us about her birthday.We all got so excited and asked her about the day and date.She told us that her birthday is on 10 December.So i planned to gift her a flower bouquet to make her birthday more special.
Today was my day off so i thought it was the perfect time to make the mini flower bouquet. I decided to use the yarn I already had on hand,as i wanted it simple yet beautiful. Initially I was planning to crochet sunflowers because that's her favourite flower but unfortunately i didn't have the brown and yellow yarn so instead of sunflower i made this mini bouquet in which i used green,red,white and pink yarn.
No doubt birthdays are very special occasion to show love and affection and what better to do that than with a handmade gift.So let's get in the process of making this bouquet.
Things I used
1)Yarn(Pink,red,yellow,white)
2)polyester
3)crochet hook 3mm
4)UHU
5)Tapestry needle.
I started by making the base of my bouquet with pink yarn.The quality of this yarn was very bad,threads were coming out from the yarn and it was stucking in the hook and it made my work more hard than i expected it to be.But i somehow managed to complete the base and added polyester to the bottom to give it a structure.
Then i added the white yarn to the upper part of the bouquet as a wrap that we normally use in the big bouquets.
Then i started on making the flowers and petals.I made the red rose flowers for my bouquet.I made 6 mini ones and5 petals for my bouquet. Then i attached a8ll the flowers and petals to the top of bouquet with UHU.
Luckily i didn't get the UHU all over my blanket(I have a very bad history with UHU)and i did the work cleanly.I finished this project around 4pm and then clicked some nice pictures of the bouquet
That's how my day off passed.I really loved the final product.Now i am hoping that she will also like the bouquet as much as i did.
