We've done origami and other paper craft challenges before, but not for a long time, so why not do another paper crafts challenge?

May 13th ā”ļø May 20th, 2024Ā Ā Ā First of all I must offer an apology for this challenge being posted so late, but I've had a lot going on in life lately and little time to do anything other than just tend to the family's needs. This paper craft challenge is wide open, doesn't need to be origami, but rather any craft involving paper in some way. If you make paper airplanes, feel free to make it an instructional post, list the steps, etc., but don't throw it at anyone's eyeballs.
Ā Ā Ā Scissors, glue, a little creativity and nimble fingers, not much is needed to make a paper-based craft, so I hope this challenge proves accessible to everyone. You don't even have to be in/from Southeast Asia, so I welcome all Hivers for this pone. Appealing photography and text are, as always, just as important as the images, so with that in mind let's see the winners of last week's challenge.......

Ā Ā Ā This challenge really made me wish I was a bird so that I could fly to all the sunset/sunrise locations you all shared. It was more than difficult to choose only three winners, but I did my best. Our 1st place winner has several images with colors that shine, and whether editing or not, they are captivating nonetheless. I highly recommend all three posts below for your consideration, and if motivated to read more, there are several links on the previous challenge's comments section to explore.

I love the theme for this week which is about #Sunrises and #sunsets. I have seen some of our fellow aseanhivers posts already and oh my! All of them are amazingly and gloriously beautiful! I bet our admin @justinparke will have a hard time judging who the winners will be for everyone have their own beautiful showcases of sunrises and sunsets. Good luck dearest admin, hope this week's challenge won't leave you having big eye bugs or those big dark circles around the eyes like that of a zombie!š

When hubby goes to work I always wait for a beautiful sunrise to appear šš. Before 3:50 a.m my husband needs to start travelling so he won't be late. Then I'll never go back to sleep until he reached his destination. I wasn't like that before, but after he had his motorcycle accident I felt so worried. His motorcycle is also one of our problems. It's really old and needs a replacement. Everytime he travels I hardly pray for his safety. Even my eyes are closing I'll wait for his message or call.

The area where I live faces the east, so I'm lucky to have a front view seat of the sunrise. I sometimes go for a jog or walk with my father or my family and appreciate the sunrise. It makes me feel delightful as sunrise signals the start of a new day. It makes me grateful for being able to have another chance to live. I have some of my favorite sunrise shots and I want to explain why...
