March 18th, 2023Ā Ā Ā This week saw a lot of delegation activity, but most noticably a 10,000 HP increase from the legendary @gooddream. This selfless act landed him a spot as ASEAN Hiver Of The Week, but unfortunately it didn't win him this week's prize. This massive increase in delegation from the DIAMOND VIP zone shook up all the numbers, but most of all stole several percen away from the Platinum VIPs.
Ā Ā Ā @aideleijoie upped her delegation to an even 100 HP, and settled into the SILVER VIPs in the process. @watusiwoman also joined in the delegation activity, starting herself off with 100 HP after performing a little troubleshooting with the delegation process. That pretty much sums up the activity, and although not a lot of Hivers, it was quite an exciting week for our voting power.
Ā Ā Ā You are all valued community members whether you delegate 30,000 HP or just 1 HP, or even nothing at all. The backbone of this community long before we had a bit of HP was engagement and quality content, and this is still what keeps' whale eyes on ASEAN Hive. How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Ā Ā Ā Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP š„ BRONZE Raffle.
Ā Ā Ā There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
Ā Ā Ā This week's total effective HP is 123,727, and total delegated HP is 114,231 HP (78,019 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
