🥮 Dim Sum, Siomay, Chorizo Omelets & Schooltime 🏫
featured authors receive 5% post beneficiary
This week's curation is as always, a collection of 4 undervalued posts from engaged authors, and this week there happens to randomly be an underlying culinary theme. I am little behind schedule at the moment due to stress concerning my family's US visas, which are likely going to be fully refused and the cases closed in the coming weeks. My 5-year battle is coming to an end though soon, and no matter what happens I will be glad for it to be over so I can move on with my life.
Several hours each day of the last 5 years have been dedicated to the US Visa process, and I haven't been the best father and husband I could've been due to all this wasted time. It would've been so much easier for my American friends and family to come here and visit my family and I, but after 15 years that hasn't happened, so it isn't likely to in the future either. Anyhow, enough rambling, please check out these awesome posts and consider supporting them either by upvoting the authors' most recent post replies and/or this post.

Dim Sum breakfast
by: @luueetang(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Good Morning.. my friends.. It is the last day of January and we are heading into February tomorrow. Wow. Just like that one month of 2025 is gone. What is a dim sum breakfast like here in Miri, Sarawak? What do we eat for breakfast? It has also been raining a lot here in Sarawak. First of all, thank you for spending your time to read my post. I am sometimes a bit too busy, if not I would reply to each comment slowly and read all your posts as well.

Air Fried Egg Chorizo Omelet
by: @arashi0416(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Today, I was out of some ingredients to cook, but I still managed to make a good meal for the family. I am just trying to make an experimental omelet through the air fryer. At first, I wasn't thinking of posting it because I was lacking some ingredients, but because I used to take pictures of the dishes I cooked and see that they were still presentable. Honestly, even though it's lacking some spices, it still tastes good and yummy.

Chinese New Year and Ria Advance School Learning
by: @usagigallardo015(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Last day of the week and month, wow we already finished the first month of the year. How time flies, tomorrow is another month of trial and error into our lives. Let's make the most of it. Do you celebrate Chinese New Year? I remember I experienced celebrating it when I was a kid. We need to wear Red clothes, they light some incense, a lot of food on the table. And the most exciting part; we were allowed to write down our wishes and they just burned it LoL.
