On this occasion, I am sharing my cooking recipe, namely fresh oyster fruit soup, which is my lunch menu today, we often see oyster fruit in the market, but I didn't buy it because I have plants at home so I just pick it when I want to eat it. There are several fresh vegetables and fruit in my garden. It was my mother who planted all of that. OK, let's get straight to the ingredients. *
- Two gourds
- red onion
- Garlic
- Cayenne pepper

I have prepared all the ingredients so I just need to puree them using a blender, and wash the gourd fruit which I will cook soup for today, after that prepare the oil and immediately add the ground spices into the oil that I have heated
After that I added all the gourd fruit that I had cleaned and stirred it so that the spices were absorbed into the gourd fruit and just waited a moment for the spices to taste better
Then after that I put enough water into the pan containing the oyster fruit and also the spices that I have prepared for this dish. When the oyster fruit is cooked and the water has dried up a little, that's a sign that it's cooked, then I add the spring onions. I have cut it according to my wishes
I've added the spring onions and added salt to taste, I've waited a moment and the dish is ready to be served
