Workwerk and Foodie Friday

Hey Hivers! How's it going?

Last Friday, November 25, my son didn't have class, and it was the day of our site visit at work too. So I brought him with me and made him promise to behave.

So we ate our breakfast early, at around 6, and then headed out. It was a fine day, but it rained for a few minutes as we rode the bus. The associate architect was already waiting at the guard house of the subdivision.

When we arrived at the place, we didn't waste any time and started working. My son was sitting on their terrace when the owner or client asked if he wanted to watch TV. He said yes and happily went inside, and I told him to be careful and behave. Our client for this project wanted to do house renovations, which is why we were there to survey and measure the dimensions of their house. Luckily, the client is kind and even gave my son some chocolate.

We were done in about two hours or so. We cleaned up and respectfully bid goodbye to our client, and our boss will give them an update as soon as possible. (As I write this, I am still working on the 3D replica of the client's house.) Huehue

We headed to SM Seaside to canvass some materials needed for the interior revamp on our other project. We ate our lunch first, went to Jollibee, and, of course, don't forget, I brought extra packed rice again for my son. hehe. I was amazed at the robot that serves your ordered food. Even my son said hello to the robot, thinking it might recognize him. He's such a cutie. We then had lunch and strolled around, and then, after an hour or less, we started canvassing the listed materials or items to be looked into.

I haven't taken pictures of the materials we canvassed because they were on Sir's phone. But I did take pictures of my cute baby and how it went at the mall.

We completed our work by 3:30 p.m. Sir bid goodbye, and I and my son stayed at the food court. We're going to wait for Tere, @tereneous, because we planned to try the foods at that place I found on TikTok, which was just in Minglanilla.

Eating fries while waiting for Tere then changed his shirt before we headed to Minglanilla.

When Tere arrived, we had some chika and a few talks and then went to the waiting area for MyBus; it was almost 5 already. From Anjo World, where MyBus stops are located, we rode a tricycle to the place. It is called Eatskina Lokal.

And this was us, posted on their Facebook page. Here!

As we reached the place, there were very few people eating. The place has a variety of food stalls. Seafoods, coffees, lattes, beverages, chicken, bbqs, pork, fries, etc. We sat down and went to order from Spicy Chicks, which I saw on TikTok, as well as Tuslob Buwa (dipped in bubbles) and a cold beverage, Blueberry Soda, from another stall (the name of which I forgot to click the photo). The food was delicious and worth the price.

We had fun eating and devouring the food. I am sure to go back there soon.

While I was eating, it was already around eight in the evening, and there was an acoustic band getting ready to play. Customers began to flock to the location as they began to sing. They've got a good voice. They are open to jammers too. A few peeps from the audience sang as well. It was fun and relaxing.

We head home at around 10. It was a hectic day, but it ended well, indeed.

Thank you, Hivers, for reading until here! Greatly appreciated! All the best!
