“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hi guys. I hope you all are fine. I am doing well too. This is my entry to the #monomad challenge.

Hi everyone. This is my entry photo to the #monomad challenge. I had to share this with you all. These kids are from my neighborhood. These work at a mechanic shop. Their financial background does not allow them to go to schools or live a life that teenagers are supposed to live. I have a great sympathy for them, but I also feel proud of them too. They are the bread winners of their households. If it weren't for them, their families would have nothing to eat.

These are two friends named Qasim and Farman. I frequently go to them for my garage work. In this very sensitive and tender age, they both sound so mature and grown up. I guess this maturity will help them in a lot of things in future.

They have innocent faces. Their hands look so rough and dirty, but, their money is pure and I am pretty sure that it would be giving them a peaceful sleep at night.

I told them to do their work. They were not good at posing, so I took their candid and random pictures. They were delighted to see their pictures. I hope and pray that their difficult times are over soon.

I used my Google pixel 5 to take these pictures. The sun was in the opposite which gave a good exposure and lighting for my photos. I used Adobe Literoom app for further black and white editing.

These are their equipment which they use to repair bikes. I call them doctors of bikes. It makes them smile. These little acts of kindness mean a great deal to people.

I hope you liked the blog and the pictures. Do share your thoughts and feelings in the comments section below so that we can learn and grow together. Thank you so much for your time and support. It means a great deal to me. Take care and have a great day ahead.

Ps: The pictures are mine taken with my Google Pixel 5 and edited with Adobe literoom app.
