These are pictures from this morning. I just woke up very early, made coffee and while I was drinking it I went out to the backyard to "think about nothing"...

As I sipped my coffee, I noticed that the town was particularly noisy at dawn. I could hear people talking loudly in the back street, as well as someone revving a motorbike a few streets away. Even the birds seemed to want to make noise, as well as the dogs barking inordinately in the streets and in the gardens of the houses... It wasn't that anything in particular was happening. The feeling I had was that I was in the middle of an unusually noisy morning, nothing more. Here people sometimes tend to put aside silence and try to make up for their internal and external shortcomings by immersing themselves in noise.... Or at least that's what they seem to do to me...

While I listened to all the annoying noise around me, I also noticed the absence of fog in the central part of the town. But looking to the east, a large mass of dense and parsimonious fog seemed to be slowly advancing over the valley to the northeast. This is a place crossed by dirt roads surrounded by fields and pastures. I can get there by walking about 2.5 kilometres from my house. So I decided to leave the "village noise" by going for a long walk along those country roads...

I left my house around 6:30 AM and by 7:00 AM I was leaving town and starting to walk on the unpaved roads. The air became cooler and as I went along the fog became thicker. These photographs that I share with you today were selected with the common theme of being aimed at the road and some of the people seen on it. There the silence was remarkable and that comforts me.... I took a lot of pictures, I think it was a good walk and it has helped me to add to my albums quite a few images to share with you here on #Hive... When I got back to town, it was still just as noisy there. But the long walk helped me to relax deeply and made my day more bearable.

As usual I look at the details and the one that surprised me were the power lines that supply the property on the left. Looks like the lines are all patched up

Awwww... You always have a very good eye @cyboule friend!... Peasants usually take electricity by improvising with wire fences of the same ones they use to fence their land, it is much cheaper than using coated copper cable and it also allows them to steal electricity illegally without having to make a contract with the state electricity company... It's an anarchic place here, that kind of thing usually happens!... :(

Thanks for appreciate friend!

This is the first time I’ve come across your page. Beautiful job on the photography and I’m sure we miss out the actual noise but incredible detail is given in the writing. 🖋️
