There's a lot of excitement in Hive at the moment, in the last two weeks an intense discussion has opened up about those who are called "milkers", about who does powerdown and who instead keeps their stakes in play to contribute to the community.
I also wrote something but, I admit, I'm a bit confused and so I won't express myself too much.
Given that in any case, as far as I'm concerned, I've decided to leave everything here for at least ten years so it's useless to get bogged down in other discussions; of course there are many ways to contribute, but I think that keeping at least 50% of what you receive inside Hive is right, mostly because this way you can express a heavier vote.
After all, if you receive a vote from someone, maybe a "heavy" vote and, instead of trying to grow ourselves by accumulating HP to maybe be able to reciprocate the vote received one day, we take everything, then we can't complain if the person who gave us that vote will not do it again.
Obviously I understand that in the poorest countries with the votes you receive you can take home lunch and dinner, it is also true that if you are part of a community you have to give and receive otherwise the relationship that is created is a bit unbalanced and, as much as we talk about quality in what we write which is important, quality is also useful in curating the articles and if our vote is only "Hive dust" it probably won't be very incisive and, in my opinion, a bit of quantity must be contained in quality.
We must then consider that, net of the qualitative discussion, there is always money at stake that everyone uses as they prefer but, it is obvious that, if you can choose to withdraw all the prizes from time to time and equally true that others with their money can choose not to vote for you because they do not like this behavior.
However, as said I do not want to go into too much because there are many facets, many nuances and consequently many different implications.
The focal point of this post of mine is that, reading a bit of all the opinions, I made various reflections including various thoughts on my wallet and I came up with the idea of making a bit of order and a sort of summary of what I have managed to accumulate on Hive and that I currently own.
In this first screen, as you can see, I have first of all 28.62 Hive set aside for the upcoming Power Up Day and I should integrate them with something I have on Hive Engine obtained from the sale of some assets on Splinterlands.
My HP are currently 5912 but for voting it is as if they were 3479 since I have some proxies, the most important is to @leovoter, then I have two smaller ones to @discovery-it and to @curangel and, in turn, I have two proxies that increase my HP by 1800 HP.
I decided not to make further proxies and to dedicate myself only to the accumulation of HP and HBD at the moment; the delegation to Leo is a lot but had little impact on my voting power before my forced absence since, at that time, I rented HP.
I decided not to use the savings to rent HP but I accumulate them and then I will use them at the beginning of each month for the PUD.
Here you can see my HBD, at the moment I have earned 38 and I have 488 in Savings which every month bring me about another 6 HBD of interest; at the moment I have decided to accumulate all the HBD earned in order to take advantage of APR which even at 15% is a lot, later I could decide to remove everything from the "piggy bank" transform it into Hive and do a Mega Power Up.
From all this, but not only this, comes the value of my Account which is currently $ 1573 but, in the past it has been much higher and has reached 2000 dollars.
Not bad and the nice thing is that it is a result achievable without investing anything; in reality, when I had the opportunity, I inserted a bit of my "money" and after all when you believe in a project I think it's normal.
The regret I currently have is that I cannot increase these positions of mine by also using savings that I could allocate to investments, this is because I have less economic power than in the past but I hope to be able to change this situation soon.

As you can see I have set aside 80 Leo that I will use for the upcoming Leo Power UP Day, in addition to my delegation I also have 959 LP and this amount could have been bigger; in the past I used the Leos I earned from the delegation to buy other Tokens always within the Hive ecosystem but I decided that, from this month, all the earnings will be used to do Power Up which will happen monthly on the LPUD day
As you can see the value of my LEO Account is relatively low but I am sure that in the near future it will grow a lot.

I have many others but of these that you see they have a greater number of Tokens, I usually find them in my wallet and, the strategy that I have decided to adopt, is to stake everything that can be staked and to sell what cannot; you can also note that there is an exception and it is Engage in which I have also invested some Hive and I think I will do something else.
Just to be fair, I have to say that in the past I have also purchased Tokens from POB, NEOXAG and PGM; I also have to understand if there are projects that are no longer active.

In questo periodo c'è molto fermento in Hive, nelle ultime due settimane si è aperta una intensa discussione su quelli che sono chiamati "mungitori", su chi fa powerdown e su chi invece mantiene le sue poste in gioco per contribuire alla comunità.
Io anche ho scritto qualcosa ma, ammetto, di essere un po' confuso e quindi non mi esprimo più di tanto.
Posto che comunque, per quel che mi riguarda, io ho deciso di lasciare tutto qui per almeno una decina di anni quindi è inutile impelagarsi in altre discussioni; certo modi di contribuire ne esistono parecchi, credo però che tenere almeno il 50% di quello che si riceve dentro Hive sia giusto, più che altro perché così si può esprimere un voto più pesante.
In fondo, se si riceve un voto da qualcuno,magari un voto "pesante" e, invece di provare a crescere a nostra volta accumulando HP per poter magari ricambiare un giorno il voto ricevuto si preleva tutto, poi non ci si può lamentare se chi ci ha regalato quel voto non lo farà più.
Capisco ovviamente che nei paesi più poveri con i voti che si ricevono si può portare a casa pranzo e cena, è anche vero che se fai parte di una comunità devi dare e ricevere altrimenti il rapporto che si crea è un po' squilibrato e, per quanto si parli di qualità in ciò che si scrive che è importante, la qualità poi serve anche nel curare gli articoli e se il nostro voto è solo "polvere di Hive" probabilmente non sarà molto incisivo e, secondo me, un po' di quantità deve essere contenuta nella qualità.
Bisogna poi considerare che, al netto del discorso qualitativo, in gioco ci sono comunque sempre dei soldi che ognuno utilizza come preferisce ma, è ovvio che, se tu puoi scegliere di ritirare tutti i premi di volta in volta e altrettanto vero che gli altri con i loro denari possono scegliere di non votarti perché non gradiscono questo comportamento.
Comunque come detto non voglio addentrarmi troppo perché ci sono tante sfaccettature, tante sfumature e di conseguenza tante diverse implicazioni.
Il punto focale di questo mio post è che, leggendo un po' tutte le opinioni, ho fatto varie riflessione tra le quali vari pensieri sul mio wallet e mi è venuta l'idea di fare un po' di ordine e una specie di riassunto di ciò che su Hive sono riuscito ad accumulare e che attualmente possiedo.

Da tutto questo, ma non solo questo, viene fuori il valore del mio Account che attualmente è di 1573$ ma, in passato è stato molto più alto ed è arrivato a toccare i 2000 dollari.
Non malissimo e la cosa bella è che è un risultato raggiungibile senza investire nulla; io in realtà, quando ho avuto la possibilità, ho inserito un po' di "denaro" mio e d'altronde quando si crede a un proggetto penso sia normale.
Il rammarico che ho attualmente è di non poter incrementare queste mie posizioni utilizzando anche dei risparmi che potrei destinare agli investimenti, questo perché ho rispetto al passato un minore potere economico ma auspico di poter presto cambiare questa situazione.

Ne ho molti altri ma di questi che vedi possiedono un maggiore numero di Token, solitamente me li ritrovo nel wallet e, la strategia che ho deciso di adottare, è di mettere in stake tutto quello che si può mettere in stake e di vendere quello che non si può; puoi notare anche che c'è un'eccezzione ed è Engage nel quale ho anche investito qualche Hive e ancora qualcosina credo che farò.
Giusto per correttezza devo dire che ho in passato acquistato Token anche di POB, NEOXAG e PGM; devo anche capire se ci sono progetti non più attivi.
