There is an interesting gift shop in the village of Çamlıbel in the Edremit district of Balıkesir that you cannot see anywhere else. His name is the village idiot. A married couple who wanted to escape from Istanbul and lead a simple life in the Kaz Mountains, discovered the village of Çamlıbel years ago and decided to settle here.
After they settled in the village, they found a small shop and started to make a living by selling the clothes they designed and other souvenirs to tourists in order to realize their dreams.
The owner of the shop, Ms. Saadet, is also a very elegant and natural person. Escaping from a big metropolis like Istanbul and settling here was like a medicine for her, and she clings to her work here. She even started to produce soap from natural olive oil by doing long-term R&D studies.
Since Çamlıbel village is touristic in general, there are many touristic spots in the village, but the most interesting among them is the village's crazy shop. Tourists coming to the region definitely stop by here and buy something and spend a long time here. Ms. Saadet welcomes the visitors with her pleasant conversation and offers tea. You leave with great memories.
Balıkesir'in Edremit ilçesine bağlı Çamlıbel köyünde başka yerde göremeyeceğiniz ilginç bir hediyelik eşya dükkanı var. Adı köyün delisi. İstanbul'dan kaçıp Kaz Dağları'nda sade ve doğayla içiçe bir hayat sürmek isteyen evli bir çift yıllar önce Çamlıbel köyünü keşfetmişler ve buraya yerleşmeye karar vermişler.
Köye yerleştikten sonra küçük bir dükkan bulup burada hayallerini gerçekleştirmek için kendi tasarladıkları elbiseleri ve hediyelik diğer eşyaları turistlere satıp geçinmeye başlamışlar.
Dükkanın işletmecisi Saadet hanım da son derece zarif ve doğal birisi. İstanbul gibi büyük bir metropolden kaçıp buraya yerleşmek ona ilaç gibi gelmiş ve burada yaptığı işe dört elle sarılmış. Hatta uzun süreli arge çalışmaları yaparak doğal zeytinyağından sabun bile üretmeye başlamış.
Çamlıbel köyü genel olarak turistikleştiği için köyde turistik birçok nokta var fakat bunların arasında en ilginci köyün delisi dükkanı. Bölgeye gelen turistler buraya mutlaka uğrayıp bir şeyler alıyor ve burada uzun süre vakit geçiriyorlar. Saadet hanım da hoş sohbetiyle gelenleri ağırlıyor ve çay ikram ediyor. Çok güzel hatıralarla ayrılıyorsunuz.
